STEAM for ALL Summer Camp

🌟 Help Fuel the Future: Support STEAM for ALL Summer Camp! 🌟

This summer, we’re opening doors to discovery for local youth in grades 6–8 through the STEAM for ALL Day Camp, hosted on the campus of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. This FREE camp—made possible by an ISBE grant—is designed to spark curiosity and expand access to science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) for students who may not often have the opportunity to explore these fields.

🎯 Our Mission:

To grow awareness, access, and excitement about STEAM for underserved students in our region. With two week-long sessions in June (9–13 & 23–27), we’re welcoming up to 60 students—and we’re already at 51 enrolled!

🍎 Why We Need Your Help:

While the ISBE grant covers registration, it does not cover meals. And with 85–90% of our campers coming from public schools where most students qualify for free or reduced lunch, we want to ensure no child goes hungry while they learn, build, and dream.

💡 Our Goal:

We’re raising $4,500 to provide lunch and snacks for all campers across both weeks. So far, we’ve raised $350—and with your help, we can close the gap.
